Give us your basic account information.
We notify the utility on your behalf to update your selected rate.
You see the selected rate on your utility bill.
We contact you with new rates when your plan renews.
One bill, one line item
You will not get a second bill and you will not switch companies for service. The supply line on your existing utility bill changes to the rate you picked, and the merchant function charge comes off.
Frequently asked questions
Will I receive a separate bill?
No. You continue to receive the same monthly bill from your utility. Instead of the utility's default supply rate, you are charged at the community supply rate you selected.
Are there any additional fees?
No. There are no additional fees. The merchant function charge billed by your utility is also removed from your bill.
What is your cancellation policy?
There is no fee to cancel within 30 days. After 30 days, cancelling before the end of a 12 month term incurs a $50 cancellation fee.
Will my utility service change?
No. You continue to receive the same service and the same monthly bill from your utility. There is no interruption of service.
Will my utility be upset?
No. Your utility profits by providing delivery services and does not care who provides your supply.
Am I guaranteed to receive supply?
Yes. You keep access to the same supply and delivery services as every other utility customer. The only thing that changes is the supply rate.
